Terms & Conditions / Reservation Agreement

A NON Refundable 50% Deposit will not be Refunded. All deposits are NON refundable. For complete rental agreement & cancellation policy. All deposits are NON-refundable.

Failure to contact our office in the event that you do not see your driver right away will result in the client being charged the full amount. There will be no refund issued if you fail to contact our office and a written email with our response.

Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. Not responsible for delays or trip termination due to weather or unsafe road conditions.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused by client during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.

Fees:

  • A fee of $300.00 for each carpet or seat burn.
  • Sanitation fee is $400.00.
Alcohol Consumption by minors and/or drug use by anyone is strictly prohibited by law. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). It is illegal to stand through the sunroof.

Smoking is not permitted in all of our vehicles, if smoked in our vehicles, there will be a $1000.00 sanitized and steamed and removal of tobacco odor.

Overtime charges apply:

Hourly charters are billed for the full amount of the initial reservation, even if you relieve the Chauffeur from service earlier than initially booked. Hourly charters that exceed the initial reservation will be billed in 1 hour increments at the Vehicle Hourly Rate. Direct transfers have a 15-minute grace period at pick-up (excluding airport pick-ups); sedan/SUV airports grace period 1 hour grace period. If you exceed the grace period, wait time is charged in 15-minute increments equal to the Vehicle Hourly Rate.

Not responsible for delays or trip termination caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e.: severe weather, accidents, acts of nature, etc…)

Not responsible for articles left in limousine. As far as personal belongings, we recommend that all valuables be removed from the vehicle when left unattended. Transnora Limousine and its employees will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles.

If there is a balance due to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.

Overtime charges apply:

Child safety seat(s) are provided at the discretion of the company and its availability at the time of request/service. No child seat will be installed prior of pick up. The traveler/passenger is responsible to install the requested child seat or booster at the time of pick up. No discount will be given if a child safety is unavailable or not provided.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation must be done before 30 Days of event, If not done before the 30th day event, Transnora Limousine has all rights to charge with credit card on file. NO REFUNDS.

Sedan and SUV cancellation required 24 hours. Late cancellations will be billed in full, including any associated charges.

You are confirming that you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein and you accept the reservation. Also by understanding that there is A NON REFUNDABLE 50% deposit will be charged with credit card or any other form of payment we have on file that was given from customer if cancels.
Failure to respond within 24 hours will result in a cancellation and a 50% cancellation fee will still apply.
