Transnora's customer experience was excellent from the initial contact with a quick turnaround on a requested quote (and extra options), straight through to the pick up and drop off of the riders. Pricing and hour overages were clearly explained from the start so I knew what to expect. We rented a Cadillac Escalade from Transnora for my son’s prom. The driver showed up promptly in a brand new very shiny black Cadillac SUV. The driver was very nice and allowed the kids to take pictures in front and inside of the car. The evening was a success and I had no worries my son would get to the prom and back home safely. Used Transnora Limousine for the first time and would definitely use them again.  I sent the driver a text to say we had disembarked the ship, which was earlier than booked, and he responded right away and picked up within 2 minutes.  Car was very clean and the  driver courteous.
